Outlook:
Agile post man with excellent potential.
Eugene is your center prospect...Prospect because he has not yet reached his best basketball that will come with more experience;
Still this center is capable of playing very good basketball because he is skilled in the low post, plays good defense, rebounds fairly well and runs the court extremely well...he adds strong shot blocking abilties;
Has good hands on the catch and on the shot or inside finish...not 260 pounds, he is agile and uses one or two dribbles to get passed his defender, like also to use a turn around shot as he elevates well over the opponent with his height and long arms...shows the ability to take confortably 13 to 15" jumpers...has a good touch when finishing inside and uses the backboard well;
Excellent shot blocker and good help side defender...needs to use more strenght at times in both defense and offense but he will learn it with more experience...still he has showed at times he can be physical;
At the present time he could be a perfect center at the medium level where he can score, rebound and block shots consistently...has excellent potential to emerge as a very interesting center in the years to come.
